This itinerary was designed as a good overview of Brazilian culture and nature in the north and northeast of the country. Encompassing exotic, urban and beach destinations.


Arrive in São Paulo. Head to Santarém, where a 5-day cruise in the Tapajós region of the Amazon will unveil this intriguing destination. End your stay in the Amazon at Belém, one of the principal cities in the region.From this immersion into nature, head to Salvador, Brazil’s first capital and the cradle of religious syncretism, for 3 days of history and culture. End your time in Brazil with 4 days in Trancoso, enjoying the beach and sunshine.

1 - São Paulo

Spend one night in São Paulo to rest before the adventure begins.

2-5 Amazon-Tapajós

Fly to Santarém and board our private yacht for 5 days and 4 nights in an exhilarating expedition to what Jacques Cousteau called the Caribbean of the Amazon, in a region still ignored by most tourists. Spend one night in Belém after the Cruise, in the Amazon’s most exciting large city.

6 Bélem

After breakfast and a last swim, dock in Satarém and fly to Belém. We suggest spending the end of the day at the Docks gourmet and shopping complex by the water with our local guide, who will be able to enlighten you on the city’s history and socio-political context.

7-9 Salvador

Fly to Salvador and explore this intricate baroque city and explore the Bay of All Saints by sailing boat. Our Hosts will tailor your visit to the profile of your family.

10-14 Trancoso

End the trip, relaxing on the beach in Brazil’s most hyped beach destination. Choose between cycling expeditions, hiking or simply lying on the beach and enjoying the unique atmosphere of this colourful village.

In São Paulo, you have the option between many world class hotels. In the Amazon, we recommend a private yacht chartered exclusively for your family. In Trancoso choose between a family friendly hotel or the exclusivity and comfort of a private Villa from our portfolio.
